Nasya : Thank you, Please call me Nasya.
Interviewer : So Nasya, let’s just get down to bsiness. I’ve studied your
resume and it states that you work as a sectary before. Can you tell me about yor previous job
description?
Nasya : I had to write minutes of meetings, arrange my
boss appoiments with the clients, answers phone calls and write letters.
Interviewer : I see. And what about yor typing skill ?
How fast can you type?
Nasya : I can type 100 words per minutes in bahasa Indonesia
and 90 words per minute in English.
Interviewer : That’s good. And what language skill do
you posses?
Nasya : I can speak Mandarin and French
beside English .
Interviewer : That’s impressive. How about computers? What computers
program are you familiar with?
Nasya : I am familiar with words, excel,
Power point, and Internet.
Interviewer : Can you tell me how much of a salary you
expect to earn?
Nasya : I got Rp 3,500,000 in my previous
job .
Interviewer : I
see. If you get this job , can you tell me when you can start ?
Nasya : As soon as possible .
Interviewer : Well I guess that’s all I need to know
right now. Do you have any Question?
Nasya : Yes I have some questions . Can
you tell me about my working hours?
Interviewer : you have to works from Monday to Friday from 08:00 until
16:00, but most of the time you have to work over time and we require you to
travel a lot. Is that OK with you?
Nasya : yes . whats about medical
insurance?
Interviewer : We will cover all your medical expenses. Don’t worry about
that. Do you have any other question?
Nasya : No,I feel you have covered all of
my questions
